1. 収集する情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などをこちらから求めることはありません。

ゲームの進行状況（クリア済みステージ、最少手数、星、設定）はお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除すると消えます。

ただし、以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、これらが情報を収集します。

課金の決済はストアが行い、クレジットカード情報が当方に渡ることはありません。

2. 広告について

本アプリは無料で提供するため広告を表示します。広告の内容は Google が決定し、広告識別子に基づいてパーソナライズされる場合があります。

EU・英国・スイスの利用者には、初回起動時に同意画面を表示します。同意内容は SETTINGS →「Privacy options」からいつでも変更できます。
iOS では、トラッキングの許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。許可しない場合もアプリは通常どおり利用できます（広告はパーソナライズされなくなります）。
広告識別子はご自身で端末の設定からリセット・無効化できます。
iOS：設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング
Android：設定 → Google → 広告
「広告を削除」を購入すると、本アプリは広告を一切表示せず、AdMob への広告リクエストも行いません。

Google によるデータの取り扱いについては Google のポリシーをご確認ください。

3. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは全年齢向けですが、子ども向けに設計・宣伝されたアプリではありません。13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。保護者の方で、お子さまの情報が収集されたとお考えの場合はご連絡ください。

4. 利用者の権利

お住まいの地域の法令（GDPR、CCPA など）に基づき、データへのアクセス、削除、処理の制限などを求める権利がある場合があります。当方は端末内保存以外のデータを保有していないため、多くの場合は次の方法で完結します。

端末内のデータ：アプリを削除すると消去されます。
広告データ：SETTINGS →「Privacy options」で同意を撤回するか、端末の広告識別子をリセットしてください。
解析データ：削除をご希望の場合は下記までご連絡ください。

5. 本ポリシーの変更

変更する場合は本ページを更新し、上部の最終更新日を改めます。重要な変更はアプリ内でもお知らせします。

1. What is collected

Color Cross has no accounts. We never ask you for a name, email address or phone number.

Your progress (levels cleared, best move counts, stars, settings) is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.

The app does use third-party services that collect data:

Payments are handled entirely by the stores. We never see your card details.

2. Advertising

The app is free, so it shows ads. Google decides which ads appear, and they may be personalised using your advertising identifier.

In the EEA, UK and Switzerland a consent form is shown on first launch. You can change your answer any time from SETTINGS > Privacy options.
On iOS the app shows the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Declining does not affect the game; ads simply stop being personalised.
You can reset or disable your advertising identifier in your device settings.
If you buy "remove ads", the app shows no ads at all and makes no ad requests to AdMob.

3. Children

The app is suitable for all ages but is not designed for or marketed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Parents or guardians who believe otherwise should contact us.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA and similar), you may have the right to access, delete or restrict processing of your data. Since we hold nothing beyond what is on your device, most requests resolve like this:

On-device data: uninstalling the app deletes it.
Ad data: withdraw consent in SETTINGS > Privacy options, or reset your device advertising identifier.
Analytics data: contact us and we will request deletion.

5. Changes

Any change is published on this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes are also announced in the app.
